- convert to a cooperative
- transfer the incorporation of your cooperative
- acquire or dispose of certain assets
- change the maximum permissible level of share interest in the cooperative
- merge with or take over another cooperative
- voluntarily close down the c-operative.
To do any of these things, you must:
- fill out and submit this form to us
- wait for us to approve it
- give notice of a special postal ballot to members.
The change will only take place if the members agree to it in the special postal ballot.
